This is what Google’s New Phones Pixel 4

New leak tells us the real reason the Pixel 4 has a huge bezel

Google is pushing full steam ahead with its flagship phones in an effort to earn its own share of the Android market. It’s one of the smaller players in the phone hardware market, though its more affordable Pixel 3a phones, which launched in May, have helped it appeal to a broader audience while still offering a great camera. A large model is rendered next to a smaller one, suggesting Google will launch an “XL” and a standard size Pixel 4 this fall.

Google won’t repeat the same design mistake with the Pixel 4, although the phone isn’t what you’d call pretty, not by 2019 standards in any case. The Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL will not have notches whatsoever, a series of leaks have told us. But a brand new one indicates that the real reason why Google will employ a regular bezel at the top of the phone is a lot more important than visual considerations.

The lack of rear fingerprint sensor on the phone was shown off in recent 3D renders of the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL, based on case designs. The renders also show the front of the phones with larger top and bottom bezels, but notably no notch on the Pixel 4 XL.

The renders were accompanied by reports placing the Pixel 4 XL display at 6.25-inch, with the smaller Pixel 4 will be 5.6-inch in size. A separate report puts the Pixel 4 display resolution at 2280×1080, while the larger Pixel 4 XL display will have a resolution of 3040×1440.

Google already confirmed the design of the Pixel 4 a few weeks ago, when it released renders of the phone online after a similar series of leaks. We then saw that design out in the wild a few times, although the screen remained hidden from view in some occasions. One of the newest leaks, however, also indicate the Pixel 4 won’t have a notch at the top:

The Pixel 4 launches in mid-October, but we’ll learn everything about it well before it hits stores.

iPhone Users Now Update Old Devices To Latest IOS Software

iPhone users have been urged to update their phones so they are still able to know where they are

The company has told users of some iPhone and iPad models introduced in 2012 or earlier to update the software on their devices before the beginning of November to ensure they can continue to use GPS accurately.

It’s important to keep your iPhone and iPad’s software up to date—even if the old devices you still use aren’t going to be eligible for the upcoming iOS/iPadOS 13. In fact, sometimes it’s the older phones and tablets in Apple’s hardware line that see the most critical updates.

The reset can prevent some devices from accurately pinpointing a user’s location, and some other features which rely on the correct date and time, such as email, could also be affected.

apple latest news,

“Starting November 3 2019, some iPhone and iPad models introduced in 2012 and earlier will require an iOS update to maintain accurate GPS location and keep the correct date and time,” the company said in a post to the support page of its website.

The specific iOS devices that need to be updated are:

  • iPhone 4s
  • iPhone 5
  • Third and fourth-generation iPad
  • iPad 2
  • First-generation iPad Mini

“This is due to the GPS time rollover issue that began affecting GPS-enabled products from other manufacturers on April 6 2019. Affected Apple devices are not impacted until November 3 2019

iPhone users now Update Old Devices To Latest IOS Software,

“If you don’t update to the newest version of iOS available for your device before November 3 2019, some models might not be able to maintain an accurate GPS position. And functions that rely on the correct date and time – such as syncing with iCloud and fetching email – might not work.

“The updated software version number should be 10.3.4 or 9.3.6, depending on your device.”

If you have an iPhone 5 or a fourth-generation iPad, you’ll need to make sure your device is updated to iOS 10.3.4. Owners of all other devices on that list should update their devices to iOS 9.3.6. You can check your device’s iOS version by going to Settings > General > About. The iOS version number will be displayed next to “Software Version.”
